    As recruiters who specialize in leadership roles in digital media and the creator economy, we’ve worked with hundreds of people who are transitioning between media and technology companies, or into or out of the space. We’ve worked with executives exiting social platforms, start ups, and traditional media companies and see patterns to what drives success for job seekers. It's straightforward and simplistic at its core but is important to recognize. Regardless of your circumstance, most successful job seekers will experience some version of these stages in their transition. We call this experience your transition journey.

    Are you mourning your most recent role? Are you not sure what to pursue, not clear about your strengths, or are unable to commit to a direction? Over the course of three one-hour sessions, we will work with you to evaluate where you are on your transition journey and guide you from there. If you have not yet started your job search, we will work with you to get there. If you have started your search but aren’t sure you are on the right track, we will recommend improvements to your tactics and approach to get you closer to your goal - and hopefully get you there faster. Before each session, we will recommend areas of focus and opportunity so that you can get the most out of your sessions with us.
