John McCarus
FOUNDER/CEO
John is an accomplished digital media executive, talent recruiter and executive coach with extensive experience in digital and social media, entrepreneurship and digital marketing.
Following a 15 year career in advertising and media sales, John spent 8 years building the social content practice at Digitas in New York. He founded Content Ink in 2016 as an executive search and advisory practice for social and digital leadership.
Recognized as an industry pioneer in digital content, John is a sought after business and team builder with deep relationships. John is also the creator, co-founder and consultant to "The Digital Content NewFronts," the leading marketplace for digital and streaming video now managed by the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB).
John’s high level industry relationships give him a unique understanding of the skills required to lead a modern digital organization - agency, platform publisher or brand. Content Ink is comprised of a small team of recruiters and consultants with unique experience and skills in digital marketing, strategy and media leadership.

Regina Angeles
Regina is a respected global talent acquisition pro with 15+ years of experience in building, leading, and driving executive search and corporate recruiting for professional services, media, and technology companies in North America and Asia Pacific (APAC)
In 2009, at the height of the Great Recession, Regina launched the first iteration of her global recruiting firm. Known then as Talent2050, she helped corporations bring overlooked and underrepresented diversity talent into their organizations. More recently via Talent Now, Regina expanded her reach to include startups in which she serves as a recruiting and operations consultant.
In addition to her consulting and operations work, Regina serves as an advisor and coach and has helped diverse leaders successfully navigate the last three major economic downturns, find new roles, and execute complete career transitions.

David Gale
COACHING PARTNER
David has had an extraordinary career in linear and digital filmed entertainment. He has held executive leadership roles and has been an award-winning producer, holding a wide range of business and creative positions. David has worked with some of the most talented and creative people in film, including Mike White, Shonda Rhymes, Spike Lee, Alexander Payne, Charlize Theron, Chris Rock, Adam Sandler, Samuel Jackson and many more.
David has also built media brands from the ground up including the MTV Films studio, which produced and released some of GenX and the Millennial generation's most iconic movies–Jackass, Napoleon Dynamite, Hustle and Flow, Varsity Blues and Election. His media startup, We Are The Mighty, was launched in 2013 with the mission to serve and be run by veterans. He then sold the company to Recurrent Ventures in 2022.
David’s current slate of films and series’ support his mission of building and being part of diverse teams that thrive on collaboration through the power of a shared vision.
In addition, David’s role as a career transition coach makes him a unique partner to guide film and entertainment professionals as the industry continues its transition to streaming as well as consolidation and rapid change brought on by the introduction of new technologies. He specializes in leading people through transition to find fulfillment in their next career.
